The eShip development team has released a new version.
Products are now able to accept Tariff Line Numbers on multiple 99 tariffs using the new Products form under Products - Products Beta. We are not announcing this new functionality to external clients yet as it has not been officially released externally yet.
The customer also now has the ability to free key the 99's on each invoice line with a sequence number for ordering the 99's with how they need to be presented to CBP.

Reminder – it is essential that cargo release filer and manifesting carrier report the same quantity. The carrier must transmit the quantity of the lowest external packaging unit; containers and pallets are not acceptable manifested quantities; for example, a container containing 10 pallets with 200 cartons should be manifested as 200 cartons.
